On Jacob's way to Padanaram he has a dream in which God speaks to him. To honor God, Jacob builds a pillar out of stone a pours oil on the stones. He names the place Bethel, which means "house of God"[1]. Before Jacob renames the city, it is called Luz.
E
Eden
Genesis 2; 3
The original home of man, Eden's Garden was home to every tree that bore fruit that was good to eat, every tree that was pleasing to the eye, the Tree of Life, and the Tree of Knowledge. Four rivers departed from the single river that flowed Eden: Pison, Gihon, Hiddekel (Tigris), and Euphrates. After Adam and Eve lost the right to stay in the Garden, God placed Cherubim at the entrance with a flaming sword to guard the way to the tree of life.

The Israelites camp here early in their journey from Egypt to Canaan. When they camp here there are 12 wells of water and 70 palm trees.

Goshen is where the Israelites first settle when they get to Egypt. It is described as the best land in Egypt.

The Israelites find water in Marah after 3 days without, however the water is bitter. God shows them He is their God when He commands Moses to cast a particular tree into the water causing it become sweet.
P
Padanaram
Genesis 28
Jacob is sent to Padanaram to live with his Uncle Laban. Since Laban is a descendant of Nahor who never left Ur, Padanaram is probably somewhere near Mesopotamia.
S
Seir
Genesis 32:3; 33:16
Seir is in the country of Edom. Esau settles there.
Shechem
Genesis 12:6; 33:18
Shechem (also spelled Sichem) is located near Succoth (probably located 20-30 miles to the East). Both Abraham and Jacob live here at some point in their lives. Joseph builds a altar here called Elelohe-Israel (God, the God of Israel[1]).
Succoth
Genesis 33:17 • Exodus 12:37; 13:20
Jacob establishes a temporary settlement for his cattle in this place when he first arrives in Canaan. Succoth is though to be located on the Jordan, South of the Sea of Galilee and North of the Dead Sea. Jacob named the place Succoth, which means temporary shelters in Hebrew, in after his temporary facilities[1]. Succoth is also the name of a city the Israelites pass through at the beginning of their Exodus; I am currently unsure if they are the same place.

Judah visits Timnath after his wife dies. It is here that he is tricked by Tamar..
